![]() The chance is, if you can use “Hunter Mode” (as described on their website). So if it’s not present there (for CAVS), it might not be shown in Revo either. I’d guess that the list of programs to uninstall that populates in Revo, is based on what Windows already gives you in your Control Panel’s Add/Remove Programs. Revo I’ve only used it once (I found out that I already have other programs to accomplish what it does, like registry- and file cleaning). As for Norton, have you tried their removal tool? I can’t tell why there’s no uninstaller present for CAVS. I’ve never used the Revo Uninstall program - can you tell me what to expect - or what dangers exist? At this time I can still pull files off the computer using windows explorer (I think), but other than that, the c omputer is not functional. disabled but not uninstalled.Įven if I go into processes of task mgr, and delete all CAV titled programs, the Norton uninstall will not function.
